The way is paved for construction of infrastructure to start at the mine. They are in the process of negotiating contracts. I guess if they clean up the contracts today, they can construct the infrastructure tonight in time to start mining on schedule tomorrow.

At least the tug is apparent finished, although the photo still shows it under construction. And the barge is on schedule to finish this qtr so I guess that should certainly be ready in time for shipping in June even with delays.

Still no mention of the road upgrade under progress? That's $4.8m of the project cost. I thought they had started that ages ago. I suppose it must be done.
