I hadn't thought of the option situation that way ppup. Perhaps your right and the ability to issue at 85c is more important than option exercise. I suppose I sort of wonder if they're holding the shares at 85, although that idea is contradicted by the issuance also. I guess the problem is that ability could potentially disappear quite quickly if the market became aware of internal problems. (If there are any apart from the obvious lack of funding). Overall I do agree that I may have been overstating the option risk for the company. Especially after they raised the second lot at 85 anyway. In my defence, if they had said how much cash they needed to get to a bank facility and or shipping then it would make these judgments easier.
I know on the missed time lines. My strategy is to invest in companies that have lost credibility due to missed time lines. That was why I was in IFE in the first place. The reason I focus on likely further delays here is just to highlight that they're not saying what's really going on.
My continued interest is more just because they annoy me. Never liked companies that treat investors like fools. I of course am open to buying but its pretty unlikely. Maybe if I visited like I said in another post. I wouldn't say I'm looking for a cheaper re-entry though. I would only buy if I felt I was wrong about management reliability. That is the problem for me not price.
