BBB was that report even relevant to the tug/barge option? To my knowledge there hasn't been an updated costs layout since the lucky bay port option was decided on although i could be wrong / forgetful.
I won't be expecting first shipment until mid-july.I think Ironclad work on the 2:1 ratio, for every 2 days/months/quarters as a timeline add 1 day/month/quarter ontop.
