I liked the report as you have mentioned that sales revenue was up 68% , with drilling and acreage purchasing on the increase SEA still showed a profit for the 1/2 year . now the Goliath potential sale should give the company a nice chunk of change to put in the bank ,and "non-dilutional" and with their 80/20 philosophy towards drilling and acquisitions will go a good ways towards production ramp up . I think that the desired goal of increased production in 2012 played a role in determining that Goliath was non-core and added better value immediately as a cash raise than it would as a long term hold as Hess appears to be less aggressive here than EOG will be in South Antelope and SEA will be in Missipian and Wattenburg .. good luck
