the result was worse than i thought, i was thinking a breakeven year for 2012.
so nothing to re-rate AFT for a least another 2 years i would say.

their will also be a test of intregity coming for the CEO,
he has $360,000 worth of free shares he converts around october, greed being a part of human nature, i would expect him to take all the money, he might try & sneak it thru , rather than one lump sum ,maybe convert $60,000 to $80,000 a mth for 4 or 5 months so nobody notices ,
