THINGS seem to be ok, but the fees are around 2 mil pa and as the fund gets smaller this is a killer to any potential returns.
i am concerned that in the sell off there will be more fees and they will sell below face value, so our realised NTA may be reduced.
it could take a year or so after september to sell off assets and then months to wind up the fund.
