    coal stocks are at their lows now and even though BND has 90 million at least its trading above cash backing per share compared to the likes of WEC which has 100 mill and trading at 40% discount to cash backing and one quarter of its NTA
    BND has time on it side....when sentiment towards coal plays turns BND will be ready
