money is cheap right now, lets hope they have locked down the cheap rates.
Only a part of earnings go towards dividends and it is nice getting a > 5% FF dividend even if the chare price isn't flying.
They need a revenue booster, a new product of some kind maybe?
As the population increases and ages, revenue should continue to grow at a similar rate though.
At least with limited income they seem able to compete so as to make a small profit.
