The market likes the results. They haven't hit their vacancy targets yet so profit can run a lot higher.
I like the fact that institutional interest appears to be increasing with the larger volumes of the past few months. We have a few very large holders taking some profits and selling to what seems to be multiple other fundies that should help liquidity.
