Motley Fool articles are spam imo , Perpetual looks to be going for a 19.9% holding for the fun of it i suppose. IT infrastructure needs to be housed somewhere and most companies prefer to outsource the data capture side and hosting side (Cloud or Server based) to a data center. The amount of data is growing just as fast if not faster than the increase in speed and capacity of new devices. Even the Australian governments have outsourced to macquarie.
