I guess it's how we all read it anyway when it was updated late 2013 with "unlikely to progress further" but clearly stating here the three are now past partnerships with Janssen the only remaining made clear.

I like the words "highly prized & significant commercial outcomes" but we do see that each year often with different avenues or targets aimed at these - it's about actually seeing those kind of words materialize & hopefully sometime over the next year.
Costs have been cut back a lot through '13/'14 but i'd assume that is also largely based on now only having one active partner of which Janssen's July expansion put forward $700K for the research, I doubt that $700K would have been the total cost over the 8 months but we should be getting closer to seeing an outcome.
