Well they apply for the license in June/July and it will likely take a few months to be approved. Once they have the license they can sell stockpiled gold from drilling and adit material immediately is my understanding.
I will send an email to Stephen after we come out of suspension asking him about this if we don't get more detail in the announcement on Wednesday.
