Got a bit of info out of G and it makes a bit more sense as to why the revenue number was so high and makes it more like a traditional royalty deal compared to the distribution agreement style that I have been working with of late.
The revenue is a mixture of License Fee for launch in a territory (Fee paid up front to get the right to sell into the territory, this is then recovered by P&G and once that is done royalties start to flow if it is ever recovered)
and milestone payments (has two meanings, but in royalty sense is bonus payment for hitting unit or revenue targets, the other version will reference to achieving work development targets such as completion of work program two.)
So what countries did they launch in before Dec 31?
