The popular opinion of a majority of Hotcopper CTO critics can be summarised by quoting the last sentence in the Half Yearly Report by the Chartered Accountants K.S. Black and Co. "Based on the uncertainty attached to outcomes of the above transactions ( the KIG JV and the environmental bond of $12,509,00 owed to the Queensland Department of Environment and Heritage Protection) we have been unable to form an opinion of the future of the company as a Going Concern and of its ability to meet its obligations to creditors."

I also note there has been no income noted from the sale of gold. Also of note is Statement 8. Issued Capital (What shareholders paid for shares over the years). CTO stated that as at 31 December, 2014, 1,563,907,767 shares were issued with a value of $208,710,747. Compare that with today's value for the same shares of only $23,458,616.
