4/ There are no buyers - anyone that is invested in AGS is already exposed more than they currently feel comfortable with and o new buyers would be stupid enough to buy into this company without more information. Too many people have been burned. And its hardly likely that if we win this case suddenly all info will be laid on the table. This will be the first step of many and will this case actually return the % back to the norm or will we actually require to take a new case, I think the latter personally.
