5/ No ones wife will ever let them buy shares again because even a no brainer investment that owns 25% of a about to mine 'mine' is not actually 25% at all its 15% and dropping.
If theres not grounds for a class action in this mess (if you could be bothered) then we might as well all give up and go and live like hippies.
