    we are 2 days until the issue date and so far we have had an uneventful few trading days...
    the terms of the million dollar spp raise will come from just a few thousand dollars worth of trades...
    i think Peter has done well to accomodate a return for those that participated...
    looks like the pricing will be around the five cent mark...
