    The $900k for the review ("legal and advisory costs) looks extraordinarily high to me. TGA aren't in court, so its hardly a case for loading up on QCs. The review will no doubt cost, but ~$1M already and its nowhere near finished? Don't forget, the review was triggered by pay-day loan sharks, not TGA's activities.
