    Great summary!

    That's exactly they way I have interpreted the numbers. What has impacted the base business performance is the currency hit and the lag for price realisation. That is why I suspect the board approved a Share buy back to support the SP as the business integrates the acquisition and implements the price increases.

    I agree, the SP needs to fall some more before I step in buying. Overall picture is positive long term!
