    Yes I did study the Cashflow closely and my observations include: lower client security deposit increase (got to do with the Dec occupancy down) and lower landlord incentives (it's a cyclical business, when landlord chase tenant they give more incentive; it could also do with the difference in landlord's historical practice in various regions); they paid off more tax.

    I am very positive on SRV long term, but if there is weakness, I do want to keep my eyes wide open on them.
