IMO, they appear to have a great product but whether they have a successful business model is still unclear.
Too early to tell as the product is still relatively new and customers are still most likely trailing it to see if they will continue using it moving forward.
Locally, the fact that some big names like BHP are using their product is a positive indication of its quality and appeal. However, insufficient info available to determine margins, break even point and how successful they will be in rolling out their product internationally. A lot will depend on how good their product is compared to international competitors and how successful they are at marketing Envirosuite.
IMO, based on interim report, nothing major has changed to indicate that there are any major problems with the company apart from problems with their consulting division in Vic. Whether there is something going on behind the scenes is another question...
My guess is that there could be short term weakness in the share price leading to a capital raising and also until they can show that their international growth strategy is working.
