Although I have to add I wasn't very impressed they didn't check the summary table properly as it doesn't reconcile with the financial statements for 2014. All it takes is a basic once over the check everything works before you sign it off.
Their audited 2014 income statements said they made $649 in revenue, but that figure made it into the appendix 4d summary as $649,000. Oops!! I wonder which is correct?
They need better accountants and auditors. This is just basic stuff they should get right.
