Agreed, non-dilution of shares at this point in time is a good move and a very good tip of the hat to existing shareholders.

$3 million of debt. I may be reading it the wrong way, but I would have expected a bit more than that being required. Could it signify that they are confident for whatever reason that those are all the funds they will need. They could expect more income coming in via other means. Any thoughts on it.

If they can just get that share price over 2c then they would also get some holders, myself included starting to convert options and provide extra funding that way also.
