What you're saying essentially amounts to a cr and there are much easier ways of achieving that - I'd give k2 a call.... Additionally, I can think of a suite of issues given this wasn't in the original pds. It's inequitable to holders of ordinary shares for instance as it ascribes extra value to options. Costs would be of the hook as well trying to manage it...
