I'm not pretending for a second that I am up to your speed on the science (or about 90% of the people on this thread) but I am aware just how long they were working with external consultants/advisors, management and the Board last year on the whole strategy piece so I know it wasn't just a case of 'that looks shiny - let's follow that' although I understand that is the way it looks after an apparent shift after good results. There is a real focus now - yes that means a lot of good possibilities are sitting there undeveloped or going slower but they can develop those and experiment when shareholders have had a meaningful return. If they make a lot of money then everyone is happy and the white coats get to play with lots of shiny stuff for the rest of their lives.
