White labelling is extremely common and in general has effective outcomes for all. Macquarie Bank for example has two successful white labelled products that I know of - credit cards (white labelled by Woolworths - why anyone would have a Woolies badged credit card is beyond me anyway!) and the Macquarie Online Trading account (this is actually a Bell Direct product which has the Macq badge).

Interesting process, worth a read up as it could definitely work here. I feel like existing clients for our partners would be much more receptive of a new service their existing service provider is going to start supplying, rather than saying "so there's a company who made a thing which you might need, it's good so you should use it along with what we already give you". Hoping they wouldn't use those words in any case, however!
