This is incredibly terrible capital management. You only issue equity if management believes it is overvalued or that future revenues would not be sufficient to meet repayment obligations. I think this pokes a few large holes in the advancement story and the balance sheet/future plans should be re-examined.
Now definitely wish I had voted no to further raisings at the AGM.
Still a fan but retailers are getting killed by this stock.
