Actually, I'd like to revise my earlier comment. I had a further look at the Thai segment result. Thai costs grew $2.4m YoY. Ie, up 11.6%. Is that the consequence of the bonus negotiations? No other costs show similar growth, and Thai revs grew less than 5%. So, that settlement might have cost $1-$1.5m - to end the "severely disrupted production". I hope the disruptions, and financial cost, aren't repeated too often.
