"The 31 December 2016 results includes a one-off adjustment for the earn out obligation of €2,898,602. The increase in earn out obligation reflects the strong second half year performance on the earn out parameters. This sounds encouraging. When we do sort out the debt and how to finance it, I think the SP will only go one way, which is up. Providing we don't get stuck with more Bergen BS.
