Buy in Perth? nah. Not sure if the prices have bottomed there.
I've bought two in Melbourne. Both of which are up 22% since May last year when I purchased. And are positively geared.
Property (in certain areas) is NOTHING like ADO.
ADO at 28.5c is like buying in the Pilbara region during the mining boom lol!
Nothing but a sea of red.
