Re funding - To carve off Diasource Division would be the worst thing to do , with Diasource we have a production facility , a range of products we can incorporate M&G into and Cash flow which is ever increasing - without these we would have to buy these on market or build them , which would cost significantly more than the profit from sale of Diasource
Whilst Vendor finance seem the most logical option , I'm sure there is many other finance option that they are exploring
Hoping that we have resolution sooner rather than later
