I have no idea why you keep drumming on about share price manipulation. No one is going to manipulate an 5mill market cap...

The company's failing simply because the investment into intangibles don't flow into earnings as it being wrecked by amortization.

From 1.5 mill in intangibles they're up to 3 mill. Amortization has gone from 200 - 300K roughly now to averaging 1.4 mill annually.

All that investment into assets and it pretty rubbish.

The only saving grace is they're Cashflow positive with a strong balance sheet which made me buy in.
