I think West Coast has a point. It would be very easy for someone with plenty of money to manipulate a small stock like this and human nature being what it is, I wouldn't be surprised at all if that happened but, without being able to identify who is actually placing bids on the market, it's very hard to be certain, and extremely difficult to prove.
I think Chao88 also has a reasonable point that there may be good reasons why some have been wanting to sell. I might not agree with those reasons, but that's also what presents buying opportunities.
