The Directors have prepared a cash flow forecast for the period ending 31 March 2018, which indicates that the Group
will have sufficient cash flows to meet all commitments and working capital requirements for the 12 month period from
the date of signing this financial report. In particular the Company:

4. is currently in negotiations for external investment in some of its entities, including Gophr and Boppl, which will
result in the company no longer needing to fund the operations of those entities. The company expects to finalise
the negotiations in relation to Gophr by 31 March 2017;
5. Beyond Media is forecast to trade profitably and provide working capital funding for other business segments in the
Group by October 2017.
