You wanna high risk and hype along with it, and endless CR to dilute holders value,so you go that pathy....
Because Management also big holders so they wanna maximise holders value include them and avoid less dilution so they wanna Near term opportunity in both Rrsources and Non resources.....
The new acquisition could mean sustainable sp appreciation, not Hype one....
