J Resources still claim 99.9% ownership of the Pani resource, as per their March 2017 presentation: http://www.jresources.com/investors/persentations

Still very murky and not a satisfactory situation when such a large part of the LSX value is tied up in this specific asset. What is the real situation, what is the likely outcome and what timeline are we looking at?
