Hi Jin, I can see your point of view and suspicion.

Apart from the management are Chinese , the two companies are on 2 different paths. Xpd is growing and making lots of money. Where as SBB is not.

I would rather be approximately right than completely wrong. So Xpd management integrity is on the line and time will tell. Another 6 months can be a very long time for some players, I would take the chance.

I would either be laughing away by them or just learn another expensive lession
