They have noted the valuation of TSN's holding in TSI as $9m worth...x3 to buy the rest ($27m)?

New products in JV with NOV...best part being the quick turnaround as NOV only need to tailor their existing products for the Indian markets

This is starting to all take shape in an exciting way.
