If that is your opinion then maybe it would be time for you to cut your losses and move on mate. No point maintaining a share holding if you think the price is heading south to bankruptcy.
Have a look at any mineral explorer/ wannabe miner and they will all burn money, hence the huge levels of stock most carry. I envy you your financial nous, but the fundamentals you speak of don't always carry through to these types of plays. If they did the big end of town would be more readily involved. No doubt risky business here, the copper is not worth much in the ground, but if you weren't so reductive in your reply you would have also acknowledged that the main point made was that a mining permit is the most import next step. The money flow is incidental in the context that management are able to get a mine up and running is what was meant.
