I think the wildcard card is the potential for eps acretive acquisitions deploying the cash to add to the 8 cent eps in 2020. They need to given the low organic growth. Tom's blown any chance of using share script for acquisitions or undertaking a capital raise for acquisitions, so any very large acquisitions are completely off the table now due to him trading the stock, buying at $1.40, selling at $2.00, chairman announcing tracking ahead of budget, then the downgrade.
