Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question but it seems that the upgraded interim result and directors share purchases in December along with the AGM proposals to rescind senior executive bonuses in favour of share incentives and a proposal for shareholders to approve a share buy-back arrangement (both approved) plus another results upgrade in January 2018 suggests there is something here that is brewing. ?????
When the comment is made that PwC is to evaluate the potential to unlock shareholder value we can only assume it is potentially positive for shareholders.
I suppose the company is announcing only what they can announce at this time.
