The company has strong and diversified business plans. There have been Iceberg orders recently. Lots to like with stronger revenue being recorded in the next quarterly report.
Nothing wrong with VC deal not happening the way it was expected. That happens.
But I dont like is the way the VC deal was handled and the huge directors salaries, and the lack of accountability.
Id like this company even more, if they came out and said no VC deal but we sacked the dick who was responsible for it. Id respect that.
What will most likely eventuate, is finally the VC deal achieved, and Directors responsible still on massive salaries high fiving themselves like they are corporate geniuses.
Medium term thats ok. But when they join the Billions MC club (which they will i believe), id be concerned. They dont have the capacity to grow it into a juggernaut with such a weak and arrogant leadership.
