Imo, the language has changed because the ASX is starting to pay attention to the announcements made in the minnow tech space. See example re: GSW, BUD, BIG. The ASX, imo, appears to have acted after pressure from recent AFR/SMH articles. And about time.
Again, imo, Norwood has fallen short in its Continuous Disclosure requirements. Case in point the announcement I quoted re: CommSys. If there has been a material change in circumstances, then Norwood are obliged to update the market. Imo, you cannot trumpet a deal with $300k annualised revenue expectations, then book HY revenue at $51k for the entire segment.
