Note 12 mentions that there is a contingent liabilities of $153,577 of unused minutes from users. Does that mean if people actually used the service the NOR business model is not viable due to higher COGS than revenue? Looks that way.
People like @cocoman were ridiculed for suggesting the model had higher COGS than revenue. He was right
