    Apparently, they are just waiting... I got the impression it was just weeks away.

    The SP is a disaster, however, Jack mentioned he cannot buy at the moment due to a current Blackout or Restriction period.

    I am not fully across the ASX listing rules, someone else share to add to this?

    I believed these to be;
    - between end of half years and results being released
    - notice and actual AGM
    - any period prescribed by the company (this may be due to CE pending)
