I think some people get a little too much hung up on the wording and not the intent.

Regarding Dataflex, SYT said,

"Targeting first revenue generating agreements by end of the current quarter"

A target doesn't mean it is 100% guaranteed.

State One have forecast the very first revenue from Dataflex in the September quarter 2018.

If we combine these two bits of news, I wouldn't be that upset if we don't see our first agreement later than Q3 and most likely in Q4.
