Does that mean only 5 % of them ( 3.5 million ) are freely traded ....
... and the remaining 66.5 million are held in escrow by the bail-out team ?
If so ...its little wonder the SP whipsaws so wildly on a little good or bad news , as there's sweet bugger all stock available for trading ...just 7597 shares crossed on the ASX today , and the SP is up 11 .4 % ...
