Only that Nick has taken an additional 200K in "consultancy" during the 6 months on top of his salary. If that is replicated in the next 6 months and you add his salary then he's taking three quarters of a million dollars annually, plus most likely expensing all flights, accommodation, meals etc. Up to you whether you applaud that - I certainly wouldn't.
