@usernamedude , I just wanted to point out that this consulting fee is nothing new. It's been reported already in the previous reports (eg last yearly report) if you want to check it out, so it's common knowledge to many.

I don't condone the consulting fee (actually I don't know what the consulting fee incorporates) but I just wanted to highlight that I think Jimmy is just trying to point out the negatives in the report - again him pointing out the negatives is nothing new as well.
