It's great that David replied with an obviously comforting response. My problem is twofold:
1. What did he say that can't be said to ALL shareholders in one well scripted announcement. There are alot of shareholders that could do with some of that comforting right now.
2. I struggle with the concept of management answering individual emails/phone calls. Obviously, there are circumstances requiring an individual response but management should be too busy running the company & if the announcements were well contructed & informative, shareholders wouldn't feel the need to seek individual answers.
